Description

Complex and balanced, this sparkling wine is generous in the mouth and has a good bubble well present, which aligns well with the majority of pinot noir and pinot meunier (respectively 48% and 39%) which compose it, with 13% chardonnay. The white fruit, especially the pear, are mixed with a hint of red fruit and a touch of smoke. Beautiful length. [Gold medal at the 2018 National Wine Awards of Canada.] Score - 92.
