Description

This blend of equal parts chardonnay and pinot noir, produced in the traditional method and aged 48 months on its lees, displays aromas of apple, pear and citrus joined by biscuit and mineral notes repeating on the palate. Made with zero dosage, this dry sparkling wine has a refreshing, finely-beaded mousse and basks in vivid fruit flavours while allowing the mineral and biscuit characters to shine through the clean finish. Medium-light bodied and well balanced, subtle hints of brioche and almonds are carried into the aftertaste. Score - 92. (Lisa Isabelle, winecurrent.com, April 22, 2019)
