Description

Very pale pink tinge. This has an intriguing, evolved nose that incorporates ripe red berry fruit with plenty of toasty-yeasty autolytic character, moist barley, toasted almonds and wildflower honey. The palate is full, rich and creamy, with a vague impression of sweetness but impressive depth and length overall. This is a bold and satisfying, powerful yet balanced bubbly from Sonoma, with superior depth and concentration. Score - 91. (John Szabo, MS, winealign.com, May 3, 2017)

Tasting Notes

A méthode Champenoise blend of 92% Pinot Noir and 8% Chardonnay, this dry, crisp sparkler shows a finesse of texture wrapped in green apple, preserved lemon and vanilla. It's light and bright. Score - 90. (Virginie Boone, Wine Enthusiast, March 2017)
