Description

Ruby in colour and ripe with aromas of red fruit, toffee and spice, this organic Shiraz-Merlot blend hails from Málaga on Spain's sunny southern coast. Fleshy, with sweet, mature tannins, it pairs well with red meats, sausages, stews and goat cheese.

Tasting Notes

Cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at 26 º. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels for 12 months. Red ruby colour with toffee aromas, some spices and red fruits. Fleshy, with sweet and mature tannins in the mouth. Pairs well with stews, rice, roasts and cheese. Serve at 18 º C.
