Only then will the exceptional range of fruit composition be grasped, and although brightness and energy may be present, the taste of the most pure blackberry pulp prevails. On the palate, the balance of low acidity, tannins, and smoothness is such that the velvetiness of its berries to the senses ensures balance rather than concentration triumphing. Thanks to the technical ability of its transformation, all which is perceived by the nose and the touch is the same untouched purity derived from its magnificent native grape, with a splendidly added touch of crisp oak to complement.
