100% Lagrein and wild yeast ferment. Deep purple, lots of dark forest berries with ripe plum, elderflower syrup and liquorice. Complex, powerful, yet velvety and concentrated with assertive ripe tannins. Enjoy now 2017 to the end of 2022. Best decanted and served in Bordeaux glasses. It is an excellent match for meat, especially game dishes and cheese. Certified biodynamic.
