Description

Though previous vintages have been a blend of Bordeaux varietals, the 2013 is crafted from 100% Cabernet Franc. Made using the appassimento method, which sees the grapes dried to concentrate sugars and flavours, the 2013 will be smooth and rich, with impressive Cab Franc expression. Look for cassis, plum and bell pepper tones, with coffee and tobacco accents. A refined, flavourful pairing for lamb.
