Tasting Note: Established in 1850, Yalumba is Australia's oldest family-owned winery. Clear pale straw in colour, with forward peach, floral, citrus and tropical fruit flavours. On the palate, this lush medium-bodied viognier is dry, and it has a soft, round texture. Flavours of apricot, citrus honey and ginger lead to a long finish.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with chicken or fish in cream sauce, lobster or baked scallops.
