Tasting Note: Established in 1885, Undurraga began to take shape in the 1870s when founder Francisco Undurraga Vicuna began importing vines from France and Germany. Carmenère was initially misidentified as Merlot in Chile but has risen to become Chile's signature red grape. The 2014 Sibaris is a wine of considerable precision and character. Floral, earthy and filled with wild berry and cherry notes with complex black pepper and rosemary tones. Superb structure and a refined elegance set it apart. Enjoy with lamb stew.
