Twice as Mad Tom is an aggressively twice dry-hopped Imperial IPA that delivers a definitive hop aroma & big bold flavour. Brewed with three different types of malted barley & five varieties of hops: Millennium, Chinook, Cascade, Columbus & Aurora. Twice as Mad Tom IPA is dry-hopped during the aging process - first for 7 days and then a second round of hops are added for an additional 4 days. The extended dry-hopping contributes to a vibrant aroma and unmatched flavour.
Tasting Note: This aggressively twice dry-hopped Imperial IPA is intense with hop aromas and bold flavour character. Pouring a medium gold with a pillowy white head; expect aromas/flavours of pine and citrus pith along with cereal grain. Full-bodied with average carbonation and intense bitterness followed by a refreshing finish.
Serving Suggestion: The bitterness in this IPA would make it a great pairing with sweetly sauced and sticky barbequed ribs or chicken.
