Tasting Note: Most of the grapes for this wine were sourced from vineyards in Niagara, with a smaller portion coming from the winery's vineyards in Norfolk County. The wine serves up ripe plum, currants, vanilla, cedar and grilled herbs with a solid, peppery finish. Pair with barbecued steaks or pizza heaped with meat and grilled red peppers.
