Tasting Note: Ripened red with ambra- to orange-tinted reflections. Some malt, ripe coffee pods, redcurrant, almost a little bit animalish, but also clearly iron mineral. Very juicy and elegant on the palate, fine-grained with internal strength, great length despite the rather light appearance, imperceptibly integrated acid, mineral-fine-flowing and almost [trichanimierend], the tender acid thread keeps everything together and underlines the elegance, superb finesse.
