Tasting Note: Provence is best known for rosé, but the red wines crafted here are nothing to blush about. This one, made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, is round and balanced with expressive smoky black fruit. It is, perhaps, more delicately articulated than other Cabernet-based wines, but don't mistake that for weakness - this will be a great choice for grilled lamb, ribs or steak.
