Tasting Note: Grand Cru is a Flemish red ale. Two-thirds of the blend undergoes maturation in oak casks, where wild yeasts create a unique fruity and sour character. Aromas of berries, caramel and chocolate are followed on the palate by an initial sourness, with tart cherry, vinous and earthy notes. A superb pairing for pungent cheeses.
Serving Suggestion: Pair with seafood, pungent cheeses or Asian-inspired cuisine.
