Tasting Note: This wine, from the oldest operating winery in Lodi, comes from vines aged an impressive 50 to 100 years. Deep purple in the glass, it offers opulent aromas of blueberry and blackberry jelly, vanilla and grilling spices. It's soft and rich in the mouth with decadent sun-ripe fruit and a balanced, spiced finish. Pair with barbecued dry-rub ribs or teriyaki steaks. (Vintages panel, April 2017)
