Tasting Note: Red wines from the Coteaux Bourguignons appellation can be made from four different grape varieties, or even from blends - a rarity in Burgundy. This one brings together Pinot and Gamay and shows tart red cherry and roasted herbs wrapped in fine tannins. Enjoy it with ratatouille pie. (Vintages panel, April 2017)
