Made in the saignée method with Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Merlot.
Tasting Note: This easygoing bubbly is made using the Charmat method from Vidal grapes grown in the winery's vineyards in Prince Edward County. It's fruit-forward and frothy with floral, lemon and green apple notes and a lashing of lip-smacking acidity. Pair with shellfish, white pizza or soft cheeses. (Vintages panel, May 2016)
