Tasting Note: Junmai sake is made from rice with each grain having 30% of its outermost starch polished away. This version is bold, smooth and just off-dry, with notions of banana, Asian pear, white mushroom and earthy notes. Serve warmed or at room temperature. (Vintages panel, May 2016)
