Tasting Note: Frank Brewing Co. took home multiple awards at the 2017 Ontario Brewing Awards. This ale is made by using pilsner and carafoam malts and displays aromas and flavours of citrus, apple, cereal, freshly cut grass and malt. Medium-bodied and mildly carbonated with a pleasantly bitter finish, it is ideal for fish and chips.
Serving Suggestion: Serve halibut fish and chips, pulled pork enchiladas or vegetarian lasagna.
