Tasting Note: This imperial stout is brewed with coffee and chocolate then cave-aged in bourbon barrels for a year before release giving it a layer of bourbon character on the finish. Pouring opaque black with a medium creamy head, expect aromas/flavours of mocha and caramel with balancing bitterness on a creamy palate.
Serving Suggestion: Pair with oysters, or beef dishes.
