Tasting Note: Aged for a minimum of four years in vintage bourbon barrels then aged again for up to two years in custom made Canadian white oak barrels. The nose offers aromas of citrus, peach and honey with soft notes of caramel and vanilla; rich with creamy notes of toffee nicely framed with toasty oak and a long lingering finish.
Serving Suggestion: Savour in a snifter after dinner with nuts and dried fruits.
