Tasting Note: Benefiting from the late addition of rye this pale ale is creamy and slightly spicy with aromas of lavender, pine, and herbal hops on the nose; the palate is lightly bitter with flavours of rye, molasses and toasted nuts with a medium carbonation and mid-length, soft finish.
Serving Suggestion: The rye notes in this pale ale will balance well with corned beef, sliced cured meats, or nachos.
