Brewed using fine yeast according to a traditional recipe and, in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law. Even today, the beer is still bottle-fermented in the traditional way; it takes three to four weeks for Erdinger Weissbier to mature.
Tasting Note: For over 130 years Erdinger has been making some of the world's best beers. Fresh and fruity, this Weissebier has aromas of lemon custard, banana and wheat. The palate boasts flavours of citrus, banana and caramel. Light-bodied and softly carbonated with a refreshingly crisp finish.
Serving Suggestion: Serve this beer well-chilled, as an aperitif or with a chicken salad.
