Tasting Note: A classic Chablis nose combines oyster shell, wet stone and green fruit aromas that are a bit riper than those of the Petit Chablis. There is also more obvious Chablis character in the mouth as the racy flavors are balanced and pure though there is a touch of gas on the finish; as such, I would advise decanting for 15 minutes first. Drink 2012+. Score - 88. (Allen Meadows, burghound.com, Oct. 2010) Out of stock Tags: Chardonnay, White Wine, Wine
