Tasting Note: There's the sweetness you expect in a late-harvest wine, but here it's as much about the fruit as the sugar. The fruit is full of attractive flavours that will keep you searching for descriptors for some time until you decide just to enjoy the wine. The acidity does the job well, cutting through the sweetness, adding juiciness, and making this a drinking pleasure. Drink it now and for a few years; it will evolve. Note that this is in a 750mL bottle, unlike most late-harvest wines, which are in half-bottles. Score - 4 Stars (out of 5). (Rod Phillips, rodphillipsonwine.com, Feb. 2016)
