Tasting Note: The brewmaster's use of five types of malt, and five varieties of hops gives this ale depth, complexity and balance. In the glass, a bright medium amber colour, with aromas of caramel, biscuit and citrus. The palate is medium-bodied and malty, with balanced bitterness and a distinct pie-resin note on a long finish.
Serving Suggestion: This ale's complexity would complement pan-Asian cuisine; try it with a spicy beef stir-fry.
