Tasting Note: The vibrant green colour of this liqueur is the natural result of the maceration of 130 specific herbs and plants of which only two monks know the names. The result is a bouquet reminiscent of mint, caraway seeds and basil. On that palate, there is subtle sweetness with a balanced replay of soft herbal flavours.
Serving Suggestion: Traditionally served as an after-dinner drink, it should be served well chilled, preferably over ice to enhance all its flavours.
