Tasting Note: Corbières is the largest appellation within the Languedoc, which - to put it in perspective - makes it the fourth largest in all of France. Carignan is the primary grape and is most often blended with Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault. This old vine example delivers layered strawberry, dark fruit, plum, coffee, oak and smoke tones.
