Tasting Note: A beautifully earthy and mature Médoc, with dried mint, dried red and black fruit, liquorice and old spice flavours. Tannins are elegant and fine-grained, almost perfectly integrated at this stage, and the finish lingers impressively. This is classy Bordeaux drinking really well at the moment, though there's no rush, either. Keep this another half-dozen years or more without concern. Score - 92.
