Tasting Note: Talk about old school, this wine is aged in historic castle cellars on the outskirts of the medieval village of Castello di Albola. A blend of Sangiovese and Merlot, it's brimming with notions of morello cherry, cranberry and plum wrapped in soft tannins. Pair with pasta in tomato sauce with mushrooms and sausages.
