Tasting Note: A blend of international superstar Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and the Lazio region's local grape variety Cesanese (30%). The aromas are rich with plum, cherry jelly, amd spices. There's a touch of charming sweetness here but the wine is well-balanced and fresh tasting with juicy red and black cherry flavours leading to a medium length finish. (VINTAGES panel, Feb. 2011)
