Tasting Note: Brewmaster Nathalie Eloire presides at a family-run brewery in Belgium, near the French border. In the glass, a deep amber with a lacy head. Wonderful depth of aroma, with notes of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, ripe berry fruit and Port wine. Full-bodied and satisfying, with a replay of nutty and dried fruit flavours.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with beef stew, meat pies, charcuterie.
