Tasting Note: The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon from Aconcagua is blended with 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Syrah from vines planted in 1999 on alluvial soils. It fermented in stainless steel with selected yeasts and matured in French barriques (20% new) for one year. It felt a little closed and shy, with faint balsamic aromas and a core of blackberry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied and has very good freshness, quite varietal even if it's not particularly complex. 200,000 bottles produced. Drink Date: 2017-2019. Score - 90.
