Description

Sortilège Prestige is a superb blend of Canadian rye whisky, which is aged for a minimum of 7 years, and Quebec maple syrup. Expect aromas and flavours of maple syrup, grain, oak, and ginger spice. It's warm and fruity, with a long, mouth-coating finish. Enjoy with weekend brunch beside pancakes topped with fresh fruit.

Tasting Notes

The coming of spring brings in the year's first harvest: maple syrup. Sugar shacks will be opening and the sap running this March. Bring the fun home with a bottle of Sortilege Prestige, a uniquely Canadian blend of 100 per cent rye whisky aged seven years in white oak barrels mixed with first run Quebec maple syrup (category one, extra clear, considered the finest).
