Medium gold colour with light carbonation; perfumed aromas of ripe golden delicious/green apples, white pear and sweet tree fruits, with hints of apple blossom, citrus and candied apple; sweet and refreshing, light bodied, crisp/fresh, lightly carbonated, moderate but balanced acidity on the smooth palate, flavours of ripe yellow/Gala apple, green apple candy (jolly rancher), with notes of honey and apple sauce; long, balanced sweet fruit finish.
